CTC (Continuously Transposed Conductors)

Continuously Transposed Conductors (CTC) consist of a number of enameled rectangular wire (5 - 48 strips) made into an assembly. Each strand is transposed in turn without twist along with its length after then, covered with layers of insulation paper or film.

CTC shall be manufactured by ETP copper or OFHC copper the requirement of the customer and is able to supply polyester rope CTC. Hardened type CTC (CPR1, CPR2, CPR3) as well Self-bonding CTC which can be improvethe mechanical & electrical strength of the conductor.“Special paper less” CTC is also manufactured.
